Cucumber water II

Another glass of health...

Say "Ahhhhhh"
More Cucumber water
with
oranges.
strawberries
&
blueberries.

Even if it is only water
(which I think is one of the most precious)
...
One must know how to enjoy it.

Leftover into Lunch

Another Lunch from leftovers...
Had rice & shrimp TomYum ordered to go with my Bibimbab last night.
Didn't finish my rice and never even touched my Shrimp TomYum, so...

Lunch Today!
Shrimp Tom Yum
(no recipe)
Quickie Fried Rice
Recipe:

Heat Wok with oil &
brown onions,
slices o' ginger,
mini-cut fish tofu
(fish cake can be sub)
plus an egg scrambled
...
Add a few good dashes of
Vietnamese fish sauce,
touch of soy sauce,
Fresh ground Salt & Pepper
...
Add leftover rice
*mix well*

Sprinkle fresh diced cilantro
to fried rice
garnish with a
keylime
...

Recipe:

6-8 Slices of cucumbers
(I like to freeze them and
use them as fancy ice cubes)
...
steep in a jug of cold water
...
optional flavors:
Add

blueberries,
strawberries,
lemon,
lime,
oranges,
rose petals,
honey dew
(I freeze these as fancy ice cubes too)
etc.

*imagine*

...ahhhh...

1 part Sambuca di Amore
(preferred for both taste, look & price)
1 part Godiva White chocolate Liquor
2 parts Almond Breeze "Vanilla"
(Any Almond Milk will do)

Rim pre-chilled glass with cocoa for color
