I made for DH last night ...

Brown cut up
beerbrat
in
EVO,
Garlic
& Onions.

When brat is done,
add
Vermouth,
Seedless Red Grapes
&
Asparagus,
wait
another
5-7 mins till done.

Tossed with cooked bowties

Pair with
an inexpensive
4 star


Sutter Home Moscato
dessert wine
since
this dish leans towards a sweet note.
