Pork tenderloin dinner


Pork tenderloin dinner
"Country plated"
Lightly seasoned
(Seasalt & fresh ground pepper,
fresh crushed garlic,
mirin
&
dry secret rub)
Pork tenderloin cut semi defrosted into medallions.
Grilled by DH
(special touch)

Sides:
Can baked beans (going the lazy way),
Fresh tossed spinach & romaine lettuce
with crushed garlic,
in hot olive oil
and
fresh ground pepper & seasalt.
